Dashboard

Voraussichtliche Lesedauer :5 Minuten

The dashboard is displayed as the application homepage by default.

It contains various charts, counters and indicators that are calculated according to all the contracts associated with the signed-in user. All charts, counters and indicators are based on a period of time covering the last 30 days. Therefore, the data displayed may change every day. Users can see the corresponding period beneath the horizontal menu.

Main rule for calculating data:

  • All the data in the dashboard are taken from all the user’s contracts.
  • Data are displayed in real time.

Data time zone

The data displayed in the analytical view pages are based on the time zone where signed-in users are located and which is being used by their device, whether a PC, tablet or smartphone.

Counter definition and display

The first four counters in the dashboard display the following data:

  • Blue counter
  • Purple counter
  • Pink counter
  • Green counter
  • Orange counter

The counter with a blue background displays the total number of product data downloads over the last 30 days.

The counter with a purple background displays the total number of active users who have performed an action during the last 30 days.

Each user is only counted once, regardless of the number of actions performed.

The following actions are counted:

  • Downloading a CAD file
  • Clicking on a link
  • Submitting a request for quotation

The counter with a pink background displays the total number of new users who have performed at least one action over the last 30 days.

New users are those who had never performed an action before the last 30-day period.

The last counter on the right side of the interface with a green background shows the total number of registrations on the EasyLink solution(s) over the last 30 days.

The counter with the orange background shows the number of product pageviews  over the last 30 days. The " Product Pageviews" metric indicates the total number of times a product page has been viewed. The value displayed by this counter is the total number of page views of a product page in the user's catalog(s). For this metric data are only available since Feb 1, 2024.

The last counter on the right side of the interface with a green background shows the total number of registrations on the EasyLink solution(s) over the last 30 days.

Where are your users from?

This view shows an interactive world map. When users hover over a country, the country’s location is displayed, along with the number of users who have performed at least one action over the 30 days. The number may be zero if no users in the selected country have performed an action during the specified period.

You can modify the view by increasing and/or reducing the required number of users by country using the selection cursors beneath the map.

Each counter includes the following two variation indicators:

  • The variation (as a percentage) in the counter’s total number compared to the previous period.
  • The variation (as a percentage) in the counter’s total number compared to the same period of the previous year.

Using the cursors to adjust the interval :

By default, each cursor is positioned at the ends of the selection range. It can be moved to the left or right to increase and/or reduce the interval for the number of users by country. The interval can be reduced to a single number, so that only the country(ies) featuring that exact number of visitors is/are visible.

When the size of the interval is adjusted from the minimum value to the maximum value, all the countries should be visible, irrespective of whether or not they have any active users over the specified period.

Once you have adjusted the interval as required, you can view the different countries where your users are from, according to the number of users on the interactive map. To do so, simply click and hold on the interval and drag it to the selection range.

Map color guide :

The darker the color of the country, the higher the number of users who have performed at least one action. Conversely, a light color suggests that only a few users have performed an action.

Depending on how the interval has been adjusted, some countries might not be visible on the interactive map. A country will only be visible if the number of users who performed at least one action during the specified period is included within the selected interval.

What are the five most downloaded part numbers ?

This tree map displays the five most downloaded part numbers over the last 30 days.

Each block contains the following information:

  • The first number corresponds to the part number. (1)
  • The second number below shows the number of downloads for that part number over the last 30 days. (2)

What's the origin of your CAD downloads ?

This section lists the origin of your downloads in ascending order over the last 30 days according to the catalog(s) and contract(s) associated with the user’s account.

The breakdown in the number of downloads for each source is expressed as a percentage.
