List of recipients

Recipient lists contain the email addresses of one or more registered users belonging to the contracts of the user who created the list.

Recipient lists are automatically arranged by creation date.

Creating a list of recipients for the report

1. Click on the “Add a list of recipients” button.

2. Choose a name for your list:

3. Select the email addresses of the users who will be part of the list.

4. Click on the “Validate” button.

Editing a list of recipients

You can edit a list of recipients according to the following conditions:

  • If you are the person creating the list
  • If you have an “administrator” role

Steps for editing a list of recipients

  1. Find the required list in the table of recipient lists.
  2. Click on the "Edit" button.
  3. You can edit the name of the list as well as add or remove user email addresses.

Deleting a list of recipients

  1. Select the list of recipients that you want to delete.
  2. Click on the "Delete" button.
  3. A confirmation pop-up should appear. Click on "OK".

If you edit a list of recipients, it will be updated within ALL the associated scheduled reports.

If you delete a list of recipients, it will automatically be deleted from ALL the associated scheduled reports. The scheduled reports will be retained with the “inactive” status, and all the delivery settings will be deleted, so remember to update the settings if necessary.
