Dimension

A dimension corresponds to a characteristic associated with an item of data.

For example: in case of a CAD file download, the file format is a dimension, just like the country of the user who downloaded the files. Dimensions are also used as sort keys for fine-tuning how the statistical data are organized.

This is the main dimension of this menu; it is specific to each analysis view and can therefore be modified. It can be found in the first column of the table.

- If you modify the primary dimension which already has its own analysis view, you will be redirected to this analysis view.

- If you modify the primary dimension which does not have its own analysis view, you will be redirected to the customised view with this primary predefined dimension.

The secondary dimension is another data characteristic and can be added as a second sort key for refining the analytical data.

Note concerning two dimensions

Some dimensions might not be displayed or might return an error, because the data cannot always be calculated according to the primary dimension and secondary dimension.
