Users activity

The “User activity” menu is an interface that is only available to users with administrator rights.

The interface shows a log with the timestamped events performed by all the users associated with the contract(s).

The log is shown as a table for each event:

  • The user’s email address (A)
  • The type of activity (B)
  • The user’s role (C)
  • The date and time of the activity (D)

List if activity types

  • Visit : a user signs into the application
  • Download : a user download a report
  • Invitation accepted : automatically added by clicking on the invitation activation link
  • Updated a role : when a user modifies a role
  • Deleting a role : when a user deletes a role
  • Invitation sent : when a user creates a new role on a contract for a user
  • Deleting an invitation : when an invitation pending validation is deleted
  • Creating a scheduled report : a user creates a scheduled report
  • Updating a scheduled report : a user modifies a scheduled report
  • Deleting a scheduled report : a user deletes a scheduled report
