Synthesis

Estimated reading: 2 minutes

The synthesis is a predefined report that provides a set of indicators and charts calculated according to the data from the previous months (up to a 12-month rolling period).

The synthesis features ALL the data for ALL the contracts associated with your account.

Schedule sending of a synthesis

To schedule a synthesis report, follow the steps below:

1) Complete the descriptive information (A):

You must assign a name to the schedule. The name must be unique for each synthesis report created by a given user. You must then add a description and define the time zone from which the data will be extracted.

Note that the report’s default status is “enabled”. If necessary, you can disable the report.

2) Enter the recipient(s) (B):

By default, the recipient for the synthesis is the person who created it. This setting is predefined and cannot be changed. However, you can add one or more CC email addresses as well as one or more recipient lists.

Administrators and managers can create a recipient list directly in this interface.

3) Set the delivery frequency (C):

These parameter fields are used to define the time zone and delivery time.

The frequency is automatically set to once a month (on the first day of each month). This parameter cannot be changed.
